Get to-do digest notification preferences

GET 
/v1/spaces/:spaceId/settings/personal/preferences/notifications/digest

Returns the personal to-do digest notification preferences for the calling user in the given space. Defaults are returned when no preferences are stored yet (onChange=false, deliveryDays=''). Requires space_read scope on the spaceId.
