Introduction

During the entity onboarding process, a first user is created who will be able to access and manage a space in the name of the entity. A Banqup user is always a natural person, regardless of the space type.

Business and partner spaces can have multiple users:

  • The legal representative of a company who will initially create the business space.
  • Natural persons who are employees of the company that owns a business space, and get a mandate to perform tasks for the company.
  • Natural persons who are employees of a company that offers services (IT, accounting, etc.) to the entity, and have a mandate to perform tasks for that entity.

With one account, a Banqup user can have access to multiple spaces of different types and for different companies (the business space of their own company, the business space of their main/side job, etc.) and switch freely between them.
